Pakistan batsman Salman Butt, out of favour with the national selectors after a mixed year, says he plans to use the ongoing domestic season to make a comeback.

Butt hasn't been able to realise expectations despite an extended run in international cricket. He averages 28.65 in Tests while his ODI average of 38.42 hasn't been enough to preserve his place due to competition from Imran Nazir and Kamran Akmal.

Baltimorea��s defense is no where near as good as they used to be. Their still a little better than average, but not a dominate defense, especially against the pass. Their offense however is much better than they have been a�� being at home should help a�� this game will be high scoring and I think the ravens win by 3 points or so.

Cleveland 0-4 @ Buffalo 1-3 -
Cleveland is doing what they can to preserve their perfect season. Trading Edwards is definitely going to help. This is one of the smartest choices that Mangini has made since becoming the coach. It even tops fining a player over 1000 dollars for a water bottle. Even buffalo can now beat on the browns.

I think Carolina looked a little better against Dallas, I dona��t think Washington is that good. I think the panthers get their first win of the season here.

I do think Detroit will win a couple games by the end of the season, this wont be one of them though.

This should be a pretty good game. Both teams are good, and while Atlanta is on the road they are coming off a bye. I still think the 9ers pull it out, but it will be a close game that could go either way.

Neither team has been too impressive. I like Arizona at home.

New England 3-1 @ Denver 4-0 a��
Denver is good. Their defense is for real and they are playing at home. But, the Patriots defense is also pretty good and the Patriots offense is much better than Denvera��s. I think the Patriots will protect the ball well enough to win the turnover battle and eek out a close one against Denver.

Jacksonville 2-2 @ Seattle 1-3 a��
I think Seattle at home is tough enough to beat Jville. Neither team is very good, but I think Seattle is good enough at home.
Indianapolis 4-0 @ Tennessee 0-4 -
The titans are desperate as a team can be. They got the colts this weekend, and then they travel to Foxboro next weekend. They really need to win these games. The problem is, the Colts and Pats are used to having the bulla��s eye on their backs. Theya��re used to teams treating them as their superbowl, so being desperate isna��t as much of an advantage as it would be against other teams. I think Titans will drop both and their season is effectively over. They are at home this weekend, and the colts always have some trouble with them, but I just dona��t see the titans beating the colts the way both teams have been playing.

Jets are good, Miami isna��t. It is always tough to win at Miami when your not used to the heat this time of year, but the talent differential is too high between these teams. Jets roll them.

I already got my hair cut in to a kind of tapered mini fro thing wit the waves ive prided myself in preserving for SO long. I have bought pro-line comb thur texturizer and have read the instructions but am skeptical. i really don't wanna jack up my hair. so my question is how do i do this so that i have the wavy look wit the curls and how do i maintain it, preferably what to do before i go to sleep? oh im black, got kinda course short hair, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Barack Obama, Front Man for the a�?Mana��

I contend that ever since the first slave ship left the shores of Africa, the ideology of racism has been central to the success of capitalism. Without it and the wealth that slavery produced, Europe and its bastard offspring, the United States, would never have accumulated the capital that made todaya��s world possible. And if the corrosive and utterly destructive effects of the ideology of racism were not apparent to you before the election of Barack a�?Hope & Changea�� Obama, then surely by now they should be, and especially its effects on the a�?lefta��.

And in all likelihood, the inner sanctum, those who selected Obama in the first place were fully aware of what would happen when they put up a black man to front a white, racist United States. Obama was, and is fully intended to be the whipping boy of that there is no doubt, exploiting his own ambitions and hubris. Whether Obama has failures or successes, matters not one iota for if failures, well play the race card and if successes, well play the race card.

The elite are fully aware of the role of racism, and given not only the history of the US, a country literally founded on genocide and slavery, but also the ongoing treatment of Black Americans, surely they must have calculated that Obama would be a a�?one hita�� prez and, having served his purpose (namely preserving the status quo, at least as the power elite hoped he could), he can be safely relegated to the position of front man for the a�?mana��. Of course, unlike Ralph Ellisona��s a�?The Invisible Mana��, Obama is far from invisible, he stands as the personification of a�?blacknessa�� (whatever that is) at least in the eyes of those millions of Black Americans (and youngsters) who voted for him.

Of course, as far as his Mastersa�� see things, this means discounting ten million or so really pissed off Black Americans who saw in Obama some kind of salvation for their condition. But what the hell, ita��s just back to business as usual, at least thata��s the plan.

As Tim Wise pointed out in his essay, a�?Socialism as the New Black Bogeyman a�� Red-Baiting and Racisma�� , Black-Baiting has turned into Red-Baiting (but when was it ever different?). The a�?Lefta�� are afraid of attacking Obama for fear of being called racists (and hey, what do I know?) and the right are calling him a Commie!

a�?This noise is about race. It is about a�?otheringa�� a President who is seen as a symbol of white dispossession: dispossession of white hegemony, white entitlement, white expectation, and white power, unquestioned and unchallenged from the darker skinned other. This is what animates the every move of the angry masses, individual exceptions notwithstanding. Unless the left begins pushing back, and insisting that yes, the old days are gone, white hegemony is dead, and deserved its demise, and that we will all be better off for it, the chorus of white backlash will only grow louder. So too will it grow more effective at dividing and conquering the working people who would benefita��all of thema��from a new direction.a�� a�� a�?Socialism as the New Black Bogeyman a�� Red-Baiting and Racisma��

The problem with Wisea��s analysis is that it doesna��t go far enough, a�?white hegemonya�� isna��t dead just because a a�?blacka�� man got elected to be president, that was never the intention. Would Wise say that had a�?Hellfirea�� Hillary gotten elected, patriarchy was dead (the gender counterpart to racism)? And in any case, when Wise says that a�?ita��s [Obamaa��s election] seen as a symbol of white dispossesssiona��, who is he talking about? The a�?old daysa�� havena��t gone, theya��ve just gotten a sun tan and, like all sun tans, ita��s already wearing off.

Race is a state of mind, which is why, for the a�?lefta�� ita��s so difficult to deal with from a a�?socialista�� perspective. Racism on the other hand is an ideological construct, four-five hundred years in the making (damn, the Roman Empire had Black Caesars!), and it needs to be dealt with the same way; deconstructed and demolished in the same way the banksters have been. But the white left lives in fear of its own demons and unfortunately, white privilege whether of the left or the right is so deeply embedded it distorts all analysis as the a�?confusiona�� on the a�?lefta�� concerning Obama so clearly demonstrates.

The a�?noisea�� isna��t about race, the noise is about protecting white, capitalist privilege, the race noise comes from the Rottweilera��s of capitalism, the Lou Dobbsa�� et al, that is after all, their role in the scheme of things. Likewise all the noise about a�?socialisma�� is again aimed at protecting corporate privilege.

Thus the ruling elite have (and surely that was also part of their game plan) exploited the deeply rooted racism of a society that still hasna��t acknowledged that ita��s founded on the extermination of an entire culture, the real Americans and nourished by the blood of twenty million Africans.

I believe there is to be no domestic limited overs cricket next year in England except for the Twenty20 format.

Sachin Tendulkar thinks 50 over cricket may have had its day, but should be preserved. He says splitting each teams 50 overs into two innings of 25 overs would make for a more exciting game which compares to Twenty20.

This idea of having 4 innings of 25 overs sounds good, what do you think?

Maybe the ECB would be interested in this, instead of making 50 over cricket immaterial.

My fiance' seems to always be in a foul mood lately. The other afternoon I left on a trip about 9 hours away- to take someone close to me back to their home. Fiance' did not come- went on a motorcycle run. I can only afford to have the rental car for a short time- so I have to drive there- drop off and return- very hard ... and I have had a terrible cold. (about a 20 hour trip)

I asked fiance; for my GPS- he bought me for Christmas- but uses for work. He said he'd leave it on the table. He did- but without the lighter/plug charger- just a regular plug charger that is for a cell phone. (He also has my cell phone car charger- as we have same cell phones- his is supplied from work- but they did not get him a car cahrager.)

Fiance has a converter plug thing- but has it locked away. I tried to call him- but he's on ride- so doesn't answer. Left for trip- fiance called later when he got back home and I informed no plug with GPS. No access to converter- he said I should have called- yep did.

Did drop off- caught few zzs rest stop and on way home. Tried to stop at Mcdonald's to charge GPS a bit- but PLUG is not working- and this thing also takes forever to charge.

About 45 minutes from home or so and no more charge on GPS (I had been turning it off and on to preserve battery.) I am tired/hungry - very little charge left on cell and am on E- little gas left- as had very little money for this trip- my fault I know. (I moved to be close to fiance' and into the worst area for work in the country- my fault.)

So I called fiance' to ask what exit- as I can't remember if its first or second- huge city ... fiance answers says he doesn't know (he drives for a living.) He is playing XBOX- so doesn't like to be bothered. I ask again- and tel him I have enough gas to get home- but not for mistakes. Says he doesn't know- I shoulda charged the GPS at a rest stop. Well- I tell him he should have just brought me the lighter plug (or left out the converter or answered his phone-which I dont say.) Says I should use my debit card (I have two- so I asked which acct) and get gas. I tell him like no money in my acct until Saturday. He then hangs up on me. No GPS - very little gas.

I take first exit- wrong- get back on go to second- and then proceed to run outta gas- someone stopped and helped me with a gallon.

Get home- and fiance on couch with his son- both watching footballl or something.

I unpack my blankets and stuff- and fiance' says he doesn't need my attitude and is sick of it. How I can't even come in and greet him- blalla. Well- he could have greeted me at the door- had some food for me- or something- or at least called back to find out how I was??? Says I am the problem- he didnt need to be reminded about the plug. He later on tells me I shoulda listened to him and gotten gas. No matter if thought no money in there or wahtever- I should listen to what he tells me. Says he put money in our acct- which we have had about 2 yrs and he never ever has before. I tell him that is all he had to tell me. (Turns out he lost his debit card (with his wallet on his main acct so transfered funds in there so he could borrow my debit card.) I am appreciative- but it is hard when I don't know? It is sad- but i actually need to check with my bank and see when and how much the deposit was- cause I almost don't believe him. Why wouldn't he just tell me that other than to be difficult? I have asked him? Why is he playing these games? Is it me? Am I the one who is the problem? Thanks so much. :) Sorry so long.
Lately- means all mean bad things lately and NOTHING nice. He forgot my bday- was working on his motocycle- washing/waxing. Asked me what the F was wrong with me CU-T, ITCH- did he make some kind of plans with me? He then wanted to take me at 10 pm (closed) and told me I couldnt use his stove to bake my cake (which he had also promised me.)

I just think he causes his own drama and stress. Donno why he treats me this way. I always do things for his business- him- everything.

It is definitely my fault for always forgiving him his bad moments- which have now turned into days/weeks. I put up with too much.

The GPS- he assured me he would have for me. I couldn't print out mapquest directions cause he locked out the Internet- he pays for. And the library was closed. (he also has internet on his phone and GPS- but it is his and he was gone so I couldnt even look at it and write down. He coould have for me and relayed the info.)

The person I took home is a child- and he promised he would help me- as I do A LOT of work (nearly alllllll the work) for his business and he doesn't give me "pay."

I see everyone praising RE5, and I can't figure out why. I look at it the same way i look at the movie series. They're good, but the fact that they put they name "Resident Evil" on something that is absolutely nothing like resident evil should be makes the game garbage to me. Everyone keeps saying "embrace the change," but if the next Die Hard movie was a romantic comedy, everyone would hate it. Why should games be different?

I've been a fan of the series ever since the original came out on the playstation, and there are several reasons this game isn't Resident Evil to me. First off, there are several things that make a Resident Evil game a Resident Evil game. Zombies, Tyrants, Typewriters, Herbs, and a timer counting down to an explosion at the end of the game. RE5 had the herbs, that was it. While RE4 didn't have zombies, i'll forgive it because the game hinted that zombies would be back at the end.

I could go on, but my biggest beef is that the plot is, there's no other word for it. Wrong. Wesker is some super-human test tube baby experiment, although it's already been established that he got his super powers from a virus. The T virus came from african plants, even though it's already been established that it came from leeches. Oswell E Spencer was the head of Umbrella, although it was already established that the Ashfords started Umbrella.
Resident Evil is supposed to be, at its core, a Survival Horror game. Despite being largely action based, RE4's attache case still limited your inventory space, which still preserved the horde-and-conserve mindset that is really what RE is all about. RE5 even managed to kill this. Sure, you can only have 9 items per level, but seeing as you have unlimited inventory space and simply choose your items between levels and every time you die, 999 handgun bullets are never more than ten minutes away. And, as you can replay levels, it's actually rather EASY to get that many bullets.

I really wanted to like this game, but as a loyal RE fan, I can't see anything worth liking. The gameplay is just like every other action title available, beyond the main character having a partner and the herbs, there are literally none of the Resident Evil staples in the game, and aside from the plot of the game not making sense for the Resident Evil series, it straight up ignores the previous Resident Evil Cannon. So, please, tell me what the big deal is? And if your excuse would be "I like this game because I didn't like the other Resident Evils and this one made it fun for me," don't answer. If you like this game because it's different from the other ones, that means that you don't like resident evil, and not to be rude, you can't tell me anything I want to hear. In fact, the mere fact that they're now making Resident Evil games for people who are not Resident Evil fans kind of proves my point. It is a good game, and with another title i'd love it. But I can't see a single thing that makes it a good Resident Evil game, and if someone can help me see why everyone says it's the best in the series, I'd love to know. As far as i'm concerned, it doesn't even exist.


I'd like to know if playing games such as chess or solving sudoku puzzles, or any other activity of such sort for that matter, increases the brain's skills, and helps it perform better in future tasks? I have nothing against hunting. My whole family hunts. I am also a biologist however, and have some serious issues with claiming that hunting deer protects the environment. I understand that deer are overpopulated, eat lots of forest vegetation, and cause accidents. If they are overpopulated why don't hunters stop feeding them so much? Wolves, coyotes, mountain lions and bears use to handle the deer population but, human encroachment and hunting have ended this balance in nature. Now we are the predators, but there are too many of us. Therefore from the deers perspective, and by using the theory proposed by hunters, the humans should be hunted in order to protect the environment. We hurt the enviroment way more than deer ever will. A keystone species is also suppose to be less populous than it's prey in order to preserve the balance. There are too many hunters to make this work. I have researched and researched year after year and have found nothing that makes me think hunting deer is for the environment and not for fun. Besides the only litter that I ever see in game lands is beer cans and shot gun shell casings. Is that protecting the environment. If you want to help the environment stop littering and please stop shooting Bambi. I have giving up hunting in recent years due to my research. How much longer can this excuse for hunting go on?

After watching Mark Buehrle's recent perfect game this question arose?
I was thinking about perfect games and I though about foul ball errors.

Situation: During the course of a perfect game effort, a batter hits a foul pop-up, and one of the fielders camps out under it, and drops the ball for an error. This is ruled a foul ball and the batter continues his at bat. The batter then is retired during the same at bat.

Analysis: The missed pop-up is ruled an error, but the batter is still retired without successfully reaching base safely.
It is my assumption that a perfect game is defined as a complete game in which one team fails to reach base. Common (although they are not to common) perfect games consist of 0 Hits 0 Runs 0 Walks 0 errors, meaning no one on base. If an error is made which doesn't result in a base runner, and the batter is ten retired, is the perfect game still intact? I can see how the argument can be made for both sides.

Question: Is the definition of an error (In regards to preserving a perfect game) any error or only ones which result in a runner on base?
Also is the situation sated a perfect game assuming that the pitcher continues to throw a perfect game after the pop-up incident?
Although this is not a hit, it is an error which usually ends a perfect game.

I have a toshiba satellite M200 laptop with an intel PRO 3945abg wireless adapter and have been online for about 3 months now without shutting the laptop down or putting it to sleep while im at work or school or even sleeping because i download a lot of stuff from rapidshare like movies games and etc. I bought a rather strong notebook cooler (it can also double as a makeshift usb desk fan due to the high fan rpm) for it to assist in cooling.

I have not experienced anything bad yet. But is a wireless adapter in a laptop designed to be used 24/7 365 days a year without rest?

Will it wear out one day? Or exceed its operating life?

I know the hard disk is designed for continued use as well as the processor and video card. but not really the CFL lamp that lights my LCD screen. thats why i close the lid whenever i leave it out. to preserve the lamp.

Windows vista has been stable since they released service pack 1. So vista is very stable for me. So much more after i've installed service pack 2 after 4mos ago. Vista's now like a concrete wall. Immovable and just solid.

Out of the 4gigs of ram, i always use 3.2gigs of it for i use a lot of programs at the same time.

Processor averages at 30% to 20% when i dont use the laptop.

And heat is not really an issue because of the industrial notebook cooler i bought.

With the Wii being so popular now, it seems like people now refer to what's known as a "casual gaming industry." Namely, anything that any family member at a family reunion could pick up and not want to give up on life after five minutes of trying to play it.

But do a lot of these simple wii games really even fit into the video game ideal? They might as well be called "wave this thing around wildly whenever you feel the time's about right" games. It seems to me that even a wii game like Zelda would still be referred to as hardcore, because it takes the use of more than 2 buttons in order to control the character.

Personally, I think wii is just reaching out to people who don't have very good thumb coordination, and isn't doing anything to make the video game experience "more realistic." In fact, xbox and ps3 are arguably more "realistic" than wii is, due to their superior graphics processors and more precise and responsive controls. They are now referred to as "hardcore" when what they are really doing is preserving the essence of gaming, which has always been developing ridiculous amounts of skill and style at pressing buttons, and taking it into the future.

What do you think about all these labels that things such as nintendo's fun-for-the-whole-family-oriented marketing approach have created?

I'm really confused by all of this please help me figure it all out.

Here's the way I see it: The Phoenix Coyotes are losing a LOT of money. Jim Balsillie has a lot of money and is apparantly willing to spend it on hockey. Southern Americans are not all that interested in hockey and have to be cajoled and enticed to spend any money on hockey or to go to a game. Canadians love hockey and can't enough of it (ie - are willing to spend a lot more of their disposable income on it). Yet somehow it's possible to move a team from Winnipeg to Phoenix but not back again. And we can eliminate a Quebec team with rabid supporters and yet we now have teams with weak support all over the deep south (where there is plenty of money but little interest in hockey).

Gary Bettman is clueless about hockey but is supposedly a good business manager. (really? could have fooled me) Would this guy even be a fan if he didn't have any business interest in hockey? If he's such a good business manager how come he can't figure out that Canadians actually like hockey very much and that hockey in the desert is just a little bit of a stretch?

How much longer can Bettman carry on this charade? How did we as Canadians allow such an odd situation to develop with the game that we are so passionate about?

Am I missing something or does Bettman really have an irrational blind spot about Canada? Is it me who can't see that he is actually a smart guy doing the right thing for the game of hockey? It sure doesn't look that way from where I sit.

How about instead of adding more NHL teams to Canada, we drop the entire Bettman Hockey League and start a new league with as many Canadian teams as we feel like and let Bettman do whatever he thinks is right for hockey stateside? Then maybe we could add a few American teams down the road as the need arose.

Yeah I'd miss the 'Hawks and the Wings and even the Rangers and all the history and tradition of the NHL but I don't see how making a stand in Phoenix preserves any of that.

Maybe that's why I and many of my countrymen are so confused and upset about all of this because we tend to think that while the money is important to hockey it is not everything or even the most important thing. But even after saying that the money side of things still doesn't make any sense.
I am disturbed by moving a team away from a large group of true loyal fans (regardless of where they happen to live) but not so upset by moving a team away from a disinterested market. Of course the real problem lays in how to determine the difference.

I still feel that Winnipeg has more of a moral right to the team than Phoenix does and it's becoming more and more clear that hockey in Phoenix doesn't make financial sense either. (though I'm willing to admit that I don't know all the facts)
btw - I've got no problem with having a high level pro hockey team in Phoenix, it's just the how and why that I'm having a hard time understanding when there seems to be better places.


Are the people playing the Sims real? or are they computerized? I know there are a lot of possibilities in the game, so I was wondering if I could do this: Could I be an isolated axe murder who lives out in the middle of nowhere in a cornfield by a power plant? And have rusty, blood-stained axe and a mask and dirty, ripped up, bloody clothes? Could I creep into people's homes at night, and kill innocent families, and kids? And then chop them up, skin them, drag them back to my house, and preserve their body parts. Like make wax statues out of them or hang their bodies up. Could I then sit behind my rusty, aged desk, and just carve skinned bones and put together furniture and decorate my house with it? I just got this game (it's a win 95 game) for my computer. I currently have windows vista, and now I cannot uninstall the game. 4. Restart windows and reinstall the Softkey 100 Smash Windows
Games CDROM by choosing
file/run from Program Manager or File Manager and type d:\setup

In addition, some programs copy VBRUN300.DLL and other VBX files to
other areas besides Windows\System directory. It is advisable to
search your entire machine for VBRUN300.DLL and delete any occurance not
in your windows\system directory before installing Softkey 100 Smash
Windows Games.

This can be done by using the FileManager's search under File\Search.


2) In the unlikely event that the setup routine fails, manual installation
can be done by the following instructions: [Remember, this is ONLY as
a last resort, and should not be done until ALL other options have
been tried and have failed.]

Manager by following the instructions below:

2. Select Program Group option and click Ok.
3. In the Group Name type: Smash 100
4. Click Ok to create the group.
5. From the Program Manager menu, select File then New
6. Select Program Item option and click Ok.
7. In Description, type: Softkey 100 Smash Windows Games
8. In Command Line, type: C:\SMASH100\SMASH100.EXE
9. In Working Directory, type: C:\SMASH100
10. Click OK to create the Icon.

3) DISK SPACE - SMASH100 takes up less than 1 megabyte of hard disk when
installed on your computer. During installation, Setup.exe copies
about 500K of files to a temporary directory. These files are
required to install SMASH100 but are deleted after the setup is
finished. It can require 2.5 megabytes to install. If you get the
message that you do not have enough free space to install SMASH100,
move some files to a floppy or decrease the size of your swap file
until you have completed the installation then you can put them back.
It does not give me any option to uninstall, nor does it show up under add or remove programs. Help!

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- San Jose Earthquakes midfielder Arturo Alvarez has scored some highlight reel goals in his MLS career. It's likely that none were any sweeter than his 63rd-minute blast on Saturday, which proved to be the game-winner in the team's streak-busting 2-1 victory over Real Salt Lake at Buck Shaw Stadium.

Cornell Glen opened the scoring in the 52nd minute, tallying on his home debut. But it was left to Alvarez to bring the house down 11 minutes later, with his blast from more than 25 yards cleanly beating Nick Rimando in the RSL goal.

The goal proved critical as RSL's Robbie Findley tallied in the 80th minute to bring the visitors within one, but a fabulous save in stoppage time from Quakes' keeper Joe Cannon preserved the victory. It also kept Real winless on the road in 2009.

With the Quakes playing their third game in eight days, San Jose manager Frank Yallop made four changes to his starting lineup, handing Glen and defender Mike Zaher their first starts as Earthquakes players, while defender Chris Leitch returned from suspension. Alvarez also resumed his spot on the right side of midfield.

For RSL, Tony Beltran didn't recover sufficiently from a right quadriceps strain, creating a spot for Chris Wingert to return to the lineup. And in a bid to create more offense, head coach Jason Kreis shook up his forward line, giving both Luis Miguel Escalada and Fabian Espindola their first starts of the season.

The early minutes were played out largely in midfield, but some quick thinking by Real's Kyle Beckerman in the sixth minute nearly saw RSL break on top. His crunching tackle on Ramiro Corrales near the top of the San Jose box saw the ball run to ex-Quakes midfielder Ned Grabavoy. His quick pass to Escalada gave the Argentinean a clear look at goal, but Cannon denied him with a sharp save.

Real continued to carry most of the early play, and the visitors' thought they had won a penalty in the 15th minute when Grabavoy's header appeared to hit San Jose defender Jason Hernandez in the arm, but referee Kevin Stott waved away their appeals.

The Quakes soon began to make more inroads into RSL territory, and Glen nearly put the home side on top in the 22nd minute, but his curling effort drifted just wide.

San Jose then forced a series of corners and should have gone ahead with at least one of them. In the 26th minute, Ramiro Corrales' header from an Elliott delivery was saved by Rimando at point blank range, with Robbie Russell clearing the rebound. Another Elliott service four minutes later found Ryan Johnson wide open at the back post, but his close-range header missed the target.

The match settled down over the next 10 minutes, but San Jose then finished the half with a flurry. Glen's header from a Chris Leitch cross forced another diving save from Rimando in the 42nd minute, and an overlapping run from Zaher a minute later saw his hard cross nearly result in an own goal.

The second half opened with some tepid play from both sides, but the match crackled to life in the 52nd minute. Zaher's cross from the left wing found Glen completely unmarked in the box, and he made no mistake, depositing his header past Rimando to give the home side the lead.

Almost immediately, Kreis brought on Findley and Yura Movsisyan for Escalada and Espindola, but sensing a chance to put the game away, the Quakes ratcheted up the pressure, even as Yallop surprisingly brought off Glen for Quincy Amarikwa.

Both Johnson and Bobby Convey came close to scoring, but it was finally left to Alvarez to extend the lead in the 63rd minute. The Quakes winger shook look loose on the right side, and in a move that is now his trademark, cut inside and unleashed a pile driver from 30 yards that settled into the upper left hand corner of the net.

Kreis then brought on Clint Mathis for Grabavoy, and while a change in RSL's fortunes wasn't immediate, they began to make some headway, eventually pulling a goal back in the 80th minute. Javier Morales slipped a through ball to Findley from the left wing, and the RSL striker evade three San Jose defenders before slipping the ball past Cannon for his sixth goal of the season.

Yallop brought on Aaron Pitchkolan for Jason Hernandez to shore up the Quakes defense, but San Jose had Cannon to thank for preserving the victory. Movsisyan's blast one minute into stoppage time looked set for the upper corner, but Cannon made a superb one-handed save preserve the lead, and help the Quakes hang on for a morale-boosting victory.

I plan on upgrading my PS3 to a bigger hard drive, and I was wondering what will be preserved when I back it up to my external? I'm guessing game saves and possibly data? but what about the PSN games, will I have to redownload ALL of them over again? that would be annoying. And what about movies and music?


I'm trying to update it to the 2.2.1 (right now its a 1.1.5) so that way I can some games and Apps on it... But when I hook it up and go under the "devices" and update it, a little box comes up saying: "updating to iPhone 2.2.1 will delete all music,video,photos on this iPod, including iTunes Purchases. To preserve all media apply this update on the computer where you sync music,video, and photos." What do I do? Click update? Will I actually loose all the music and photos I have on my iPod Touch?


I am just wondering your guys views on this quest did you kill harold or help the other two people to preserve the oasis or expand it?

I dunno what to do really cause I feel bad killing harold, ye ye I know its just a game but, will he be pissed if I made him grow more?
